HOA Dues

To date annual HOA dues are $195.00 and are payable upon receipt of bill via this site, or deposit of a physical check or money order inside the black metal submission box near the entrance of the subdivision (to the right as you are entering). Late fees or unpaid dues are charged 10% per annual or special assessment ($19.50).

Delinquency for Annual Assessments, Special Annual Assessments, and any late fees pertaining to either are reported to Equifax and appear on homeowner's credit report. Current balances for annual assessments are also reported.

Annual HOA Dues are invoiced to homeowner's during the first quarter of every year.

A financial report is provided at every community meeting. To obtain a copy of the latest financial report, please contact the board via the contact form.
